The
project consists in a restoration of a property with
a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and a garden.
Many renovation
works are necessary to adapt the building to the needs of
the new owner.
Inside
the building will be improved the reception hall with the
construction of a new open kitchen, the transformation of the
pizzeria in a wellness center, the construction of a flat for
the owner.
The
existing veranda will be replaced by a steel and glass structure
with brise-soleil and sliding curtains.
Outside
will be adjusted the swimming pool, the solarium and
the garden, will be create a new bar area.
