The site has an irregular shape formed by two trapeziums, one of which is characterized by a slightly curved side.
As required by the owner were developed two proposals.
In the first proposal there is a large living area at the ground floor and a little private garden, at the first floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a walk-in closet.
In the second proposal the ground floor has a commercial use with access from the square to the southwest; at the first floor the is a flat.
The facade southwest is divided by a sequence of rays that begin from the center of an ideal circle and defining the position of walls and windows and creating effects of lights and shadows.
